NXT Round Social Club
Strategy | Brand | Naming | Motion | Copywriting
Formerly known as Ninez, the client came to us looking for some fresh thinking. After a hugely successful first 18 months, the business had quickly evolved beyond its original proposition of interactive bar games. But while the ambition had grown, the brand hadn't quite kept pace.
What started as a destination for competitive socialising needed to become something bigger. A brand with the personality, energy and flexibility. This wasn't just about a new name or a fresh identity. It was about redefining what people were really coming for.
The challenge was how do we not only sell competitive socialising but something more emotive, a bloody good time. With many people now feeling the squeeze on finance and trying to organise event out the group chat feeling impossible, we came up with the brand idea "Make the nxt one count".
Our insight was simple: When nights out are harder to make happen, the ones that do need to be worth it.
The Big Idea
Make the nxt one count.
Three words that became the foundation for an entirely new brand. The next big night. The next celebration. The next spontaneous plan.
The Brand
A new wave of social club.
We built an identity that felt less like a games venue and more like a cultural destination. Taking inspiration from retro social clubs, club-night flyers and the visual language of nightlife, we created a world that felt instantly familiar but unmistakably contemporary.
